Kezia Ouomoye’s curatorial practice is centred on mobility, mentorship, production, and the logistical and operational processes of exhibition-making, approaching exhibitions themselves as material and method. Through this lens, she reimagines how exhibitions function beyond display—engaging questions of authorship, process, and public engagement.

She is the Founder and Senior Editor of The Neoteric, an emerging art, publishing, and media enterprise dedicated to documenting and advancing contemporary cultural discourse, and the Founder and Director of The Cradle Mentorship Program, a young initiative supporting the professional and intellectual development of emerging and mid-career artists.

HULU SHINYOO

A Solo Exhibition By Michael Addae
Venue: Museum of Science and Technology Accra, Ghana

Date: 27 Oct 2022 – 17 Nov 2022

Michael Addae is a Ghanaian multimedia artist based in Accra.
His debut solo exhibition, themed on the sunset-the period
when daylight fades- adapts to the fluid and aesthetic milieu of
said occurrence, to display a visual narration of his practice
through time, transition and transformation. Drawing from this
mundane period yet glorious combination of nature, the
paintings focus on funneling portraits, symbolical
representations of figures, and suggestive abstractions. The
exhibition could be described as an Inverse retrospective, not
necessarily looking back and celebrating an entire oeuvre or
legacy; but commemorating a beginning. In hopes of treating
art viewers to a chronological stream of ideas developed over
time, Addae admonishes as to take a peek into his evolutionary
future.
